Administrative Assistant
Customer Service & Support
LHH is seeking an administrative professional for a part time temporary position in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have traditional administrative experience and be available immediately and can commit to the part time schedule.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday (24 hours a week)
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative needs, including handling incoming calls, creating/maintaining files, mail, and database entry
- Provide administrative support with executive’s calendar
- Process expense reports and credit card reconciliations
- Coordinate travel when needed
- Ability to manage and work on projects simultaneously while working with stakeholders on day-to-day needs and updates
- Assist the Meetings team with creating events
- Support monthly financial preparation and year-end audit items and reconciliations
- Respond to internal and external inquiries
- Conduct monthly supplies inventory and maintain the inventory log
- Manage office equipment and request services as needed
- Other duties as requested
- College degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience required
- Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- A great attitude with a ‘get-it-done’ mentality
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, members, and external contacts
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
