Project Assistant - Multiple Shifts Available

LHH is seeking candidates for a temporary, remote opportunity in the administrative/customer service space. This position supports the Solutions Center by working with a team of outgoing and exuberant support professionals within a 24/7, high-volume help requests, multi-channel support center. The center provides timely, mission-critical support for college applicants, counselors and Member institutions via online tools, telephone and social media.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and verify data

  • Assist with web page configuration

  • Contact and communicate with members

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high quality deliverables and presentations

  • Assist with additional ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic coding; Salesforce experience is a plus!

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Multiple shifts available:

Monday-Friday: 1pm-10pm


Sunday-Thursday: 12pm-9pm


Tuesday-Saturday: 12pm-9pm


Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 1pm-10pm


Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 7am-4pm


Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 9am-6pm




Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
