Call Center Representative Job Description:
LHH is hiring for remote Customer Service Representatives for a 6 month temporary contract. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will assist with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and financial products, ensuring a seamless experience while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and provide timely, accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Resolve account-related issues, including billing, transactions, and account maintenance.
Explain financial products and services, ensuring customers fully understand their options.
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Follow company protocols and compliance standards to maintain privacy and data security.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within a financial services call center is required.
Strong understanding of financial products (banking, loans, credit, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
