LHH has partnered up with an awesome nonprofit organization in downtown Washington, DC to identify a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst! This position will be instrumental in maintaining the accounts payable process and will work alongside a dynamic team to ensure success in the department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and process expense reports.

  • Analyze and reconcile corporate credit cards.

  • Match and code invoices and review for accuracy.

  • Review and process expense reports.

  • Post invoices to and reconcile the general ledger.

  • Analyze vendor accounts and identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Prepare and distribute 1099s.

  • Manage check runs and domestic and international electronic payments.

  • Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies on invoices.

  • Generate and analyze aging reports.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience with 1099s and foreign transactions highly preferred.

  • Experience with ERP systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.



Pay Details: $28.00 to $36.00 per hour
