Job Description:

Our client, a leading organization in the Washington, DC area, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their executive team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks, possess exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage and maintain executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.


  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.


  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives.


  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.


  • Assist with special projects and provide administrative support for various initiatives.


  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.


  • Manage expense reports and other financial documents.


  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external contacts.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
