Leasing Assistant

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for tenant support and tenant relations? Our client in Washington, DC, is seeking a Leasing Assistant to help support their leasing operations and provide exceptional service to tenants on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in real estate and leasing while making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with leasing activities, including scheduling property tours, responding to inquiries, and processing applications.

  • Support tenants by addressing concerns, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a positive leasing experience.

  • Prepare leasing agreements and maintain accurate records of tenant correspondence.

  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring compliance with property policies.

  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Provide general administrative support, including managing files, tracking payments, and updating tenant information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or previous experience in leasing, tenant support, or customer service is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist tenants.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and leasing software is a plus.

  • Availability for temporary assignments with potential for extended opportunities.
