Administrative Assistant

LHH is currently recruiting for a Meetings and Logistics Coordinator a temp-to-hire opportunity with our DC area non-profit client. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker with great communications skills and previous experience working in healthcare related professional association.
Act as liaison and provide scheduling, prep, and follow-up support to the Director of Meetings and SVP.
Assist the Director with convention planning tasks.
Oversee shipping and packing for conventions.
Manage onsite logistics.
Help staff with billing, coding, and check requests.
Arrange travel for staff and guests attending association events.
Support and back up the lead registration manager at major conferences.
Attend required local and national meetings.
Handle logistics for all association events, especially exhibits and conventions.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
