LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a permanent hire opportunity with a hospitality company based in Washington, DC. Responsibilities:



  • Process, review, and upload timesheets for up to 160 employees.


  • Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.


  • Communicate payroll-related questions and issues with employees.


  • Handle employee relations concerning payroll matters.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


  • Assist with the processing of time cards.


  • Collaborate with the corporate payroll team to ensure accurate payroll processing.


Qualifications:



  • Experience with payroll processing and timesheet management.


  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficiency in ADP and Excel (or other ERP systems).


  • Experience with Oracle is highly preferred.
