LHH is currently looking for an experienced Compensation professional for a short-term temporary assignment with our client in Washington DC. Previous compensation experience required.

  • Evaluate salary grades for internal equity and external competitiveness in the nonprofit sector.

  • Review position classifications for FLSA compliance and market alignment.

  • Assess current salary grades and recommend process improvements.

  • Propose updates to the salary and grade structure to ensure fairness and market relevance.

  • Present findings and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).



Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
