LHH is currently looking for an experienced Compensation professional for a short-term temporary assignment with our client in Washington DC. Previous compensation experience required.
Evaluate salary grades for internal equity and external competitiveness in the nonprofit sector.
Review position classifications for FLSA compliance and market alignment.
Assess current salary grades and recommend process improvements.
Propose updates to the salary and grade structure to ensure fairness and market relevance.
Present findings and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
