The Engineering Technical Manager will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across all shifts, focusing on the repair and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain training programs for effective maintenance routines
Promote a Safety-First culture and enforce safety protocols
Coordinate with internal staff and external contractors for facility and equipment needs
Troubleshoot electrical issues and oversee repairs
Oversee facility systems
Develop TPM programs and use precision maintenance techniques
Report on machine capacity, production schedules, and delays
Supervise and train maintenance staff.
Qualifications:
Strong engineering and electrical background, with proficiency in wiring diagrams and circuit theory.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in personnel management and equipment troubleshooting.
7+ years of experience within the manufacturing space
