The Engineering Technical Manager will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across all shifts, focusing on the repair and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain training programs for effective maintenance routines


  • Promote a Safety-First culture and enforce safety protocols


  • Coordinate with internal staff and external contractors for facility and equipment needs


  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and oversee repairs


  • Oversee facility systems


  • Develop TPM programs and use precision maintenance techniques


  • Report on machine capacity, production schedules, and delays


  • Supervise and train maintenance staff.



Qualifications:



  • Strong engineering and electrical background, with proficiency in wiring diagrams and circuit theory.


  • Bachelor's Degree preferred


  • Experience in personnel management and equipment troubleshooting.


  • 7+ years of experience within the manufacturing space
