LHH is looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to support our client in sales operations, manage trade show logistics, and conduct inside sales outreach. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work well with different teams.

This role is 100% remote but you must have food manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep customer and account information updated in the CRM system.

• Assist Sales Directors with customer portal management and account maintenance.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

• Generate sales reports and dashboards.

• Coordinate with vendors for trade show logistics.

• Manage the preparation and shipment of product samples.

• Handle all logistical aspects of trade shows.

• Help develop and nurture the sales pipeline.

• Research accounts and make initial contact with customers.

• Vet and assess potential customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales administration or a similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
