We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Waupaca, WI. This is an addition to a successful organization experiencing growth. You will be responsible for all things AR and report to the Controller. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Daily cash applications

• Creating and sending out invoices

• Reconciling invoices and providing customer support

• Managing B2B collections efforts and reporting

Requirements:

• Two or more years of accounts receivable experience

• Higher education desired but not required

• Comfortable working in ERP systems and MS Excel

• Professional communication skills both verbal and written
