A family-owned manufacturing company in the Wausau – Stevens Point area is looking for an Estimating Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership opportunity at a growing company!

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

· Ability to meet with clients to serve as a consultant as well as take part in negotiations

· Working knowledge of CAD, ERP, and Estimating software

· Manage the Estimating team

· Familiar with metal fabrication processes

· Knowledge of GD&T a plus

· Project Management skills

· Conduct project capability assessments to generate proposals
