About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both office staff and production employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrative support for the front office and plant leadership.

  • Translate verbal and written communications between English and Spanish for employees, vendors, and leadership.

  • Maintain and organize company records, including employee files, production reports, and safety documentation.

  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for supervisors or plant managers.

  • Prepare reports, data entry, and documentation using Microsoft Office and/or internal systems.

  • Answer phones, direct calls, and handle general inquiries from staff and visitors.

  • Order and track office and facility supplies; maintain inventory levels.

  • Support other departments with projects and administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial settings.

  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.



Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
