Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Order Entry & Payments)
Location: Wayne, PA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract (Temporary)
Pay Rate: $25-$28/hr. (Depending on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in order entry and accepting payments, and must be proficient in Excel as skills will be tested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system
- Process and accept payments from customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order entry and payment processing
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (skills will be tested)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work onsite in Wayne, PA
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $25-$28, depending on experience
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
