Accounts Receivable Coordinator

LHH is looking for an accounts receivable coordinator for a client in West Chester, OH. This position will be managing invoices for various projects and resolving any issues throughout the process. This position is 100% onsite and will pay between $19 and $22/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and manage the accounts receivable inbox, responding to client inquiries and resolving billing issues.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Generate regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and procedures.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and billing information.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
