Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Employment Type: Temporary

Start Date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: 3 months (Temp, could be longer)

Compensation: $22-$26.00/hr.

Schedule: In Office - West Chester, PA

Hours: Part-Time, 3-4 days a week, 4+ hours a day

Reason for Opening: Business growth necessitates an additional person to balance the workload.

Job Description:

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain and organize files, documents, and records.

Accounts Receivable / Cash Applications:

  • Apply customer payments to invoices in the accounting system (check, ACH, credit card, etc.).
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve unapplied cash issues.
  • Communicate with customers or internal departments to verify payment details.
  • Assist in generating and sending customer statements or payment reminders.
  • Support the accounting team with basic data entry and reporting tasks.

Must-Haves:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Openness to learning.
  • Experience with posting payments to CRM systems.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Someone who is open to learning.
  • Flexible with a part-time schedule.


Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
