About the Role:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for our client in West Chester, Ohio. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has prior administrative experience.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.


  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence.


  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.


  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate contacts.


  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and other activities.


  • Provide support to various departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in an administrative role is required.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative certification is a plus.
