About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience to join our client’s team for an upcoming opening. This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a thriving organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit top talent across various functions and levels within the organization
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, job fairs, and online platforms
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate data
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience
Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels
Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism and integrity
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
