About the Role: LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with a minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience to join our client’s team for an upcoming opening. This role offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $65,000 per year and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit top talent across various functions and levels within the organization

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, job fairs, and online platforms

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices

• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process

• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and track candidate data

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

• Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience

• Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various functions and levels

• Strong knowledge of recruiting strategies, techniques, and best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
