LHH Recruiting Firm is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our client team. This role will involve supporting business application users, resolving issues, and driving process improvements.

Must Be US Citizen or Green Card Holder. Salary: $90k - $100k

Responsibilities: Support business application users, review and resolve process and application issues

Serve as liaison between local entity and Corporate ERP-IT team

Develop proposals and implementation plans for business system resolutions, including required resources (personnel and costs)

Drive business system application-related projects to deliver against committed schedules, resolving or escalating issues as needed

Regularly meet with managers and users to evaluate business system performance and develop recommendations for improvements

Develop knowledge base to become the subject matter expert (SME) in interconnected business applications (QAD, QAD EQMS, MES, etc.)

Follow all relevant policies and procedures (5S, Safety, ARCLA policies, especially IT-policies)

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of maintaining and handling ERP and Quality Systems (QAD and QAD EQMS)
• Knowledge of integrated and bolt-on production control and quality systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work with employees and vendors at all levels

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (equivalent work experience acceptable)
• US Citizen or Green Card Holder/ Salary: $90k - $100k
• Drug and background check (case-by-case for THC)
• 100% onsite work
• Business casual dress code (Monday-Thursday), casual Friday
