  Accounts Payable Management:

  
  

  Oversee the accounts payable inbox promptly addressing all inquiries.

  
  

  Print and scan invoices as needed, ensuring proper date stamping upon receipt.

  
  

  Coordinate invoice approval with Project Managers and maintain the accounts payable register along with associated financial reports.

  
  

  Invoice Processing

  
  

  Reconciliation and Reporting

  
  

  Financial Forecasting

  
  

  Operational Support

  
  

  Project Leadership

  
  

  Lead initiatives in accounts payable, including document management, invoice approval process enhancements, and cash forecasting.

  
  

  Manage the year-end 1099 preparation process.

  
  
  

  Qualifications:

  
  

  Education/Experience:

  
  

  Associate's or Bachelors degree in accounting or a related field required.

  
  

  Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in office administration, preferably within a small to midsize organization.

  
  

  Skills and Abilities:

  
  

  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

  
  

  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

  
  

  Strong communication and organizational skills.
