About the Role:

As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll play a key role in managing full-cycle AP operations, vendor relationships, and supporting the accounting team through a system transition. This is a hands-on role that requires a polished, professional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice coding, processing, and payments

• Maintain and update vendor records; handle vendor inquiries and issue resolution

• Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end close

• Support the implementation of Sage accounting software

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Assist with general accounting duties as needed

💼 Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle AP experience

• Strong understanding of accounting systems and process flows

• Experience with vendor management and invoice coding

• Proficiency in QuickBooks required; Sage experience is a major plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, polished demeanor and strong attention to detail

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 100% onsite in West Palm Beach
