Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Pay Rate: $24 - $27 per hour

Job Type: 100% Onsite, Contract to Hire

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach. This is a 100% onsite position with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes and a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
