Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collections: Monitor outstanding balances, follow up on overdue payments, and implement collection strategies.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on receivables status, aging, and collections efforts.
• Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any billing inquiries or discrepancies.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the AR function and assist in implementing best practices.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
