Job Title: Automotive Accounting Clerk

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Salary: $20-$27 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our clients team in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive accounting and proficiency with CDK software. This position is temp-to-hire and requires full-time onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize CDK software for various accounting functions.
• Provide support for audits and financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Accounting Clerk or similar role.
• Proficiency in CDK software is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
