Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Collision Center Manager to join our clients team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our collision center, with a primary focus on new business development with insurance companies and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to drive new business.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
Manage the collision center's operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to achieve performance goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of the collision center.
Implement marketing strategies to promote the collision center's services.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the auto industry.
Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance company requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred)
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
