Job Title: Collision Center Manager - Automotive industry

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Employment Type: Temp to Hire or Direct Hire

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Relocation Package: Available for Qualified Candidates

Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Collision Center Manager to join our clients team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our collision center, with a primary focus on new business development with insurance companies and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to drive new business.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.

  • Manage the collision center's operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff to achieve performance goals.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of the collision center.

  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the collision center's services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the auto industry.

  • Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance company requirements.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field (preferred)



Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
