Employment Type: Full-Time | Fully On-Site

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Paralegal to support our client’s legal team in a dynamic and growing corporate environment. This role involves working closely with legal counsel and cross-functional teams to manage corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with corporate entities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage corporate documents, including resolutions, operating agreements, and filings with state agencies.

  • Support entity management and maintain legal separation of corporate structures.

  • Conduct legal research and assist in redlining contracts and other legal documents.

  • Monitor and summarize legislation and regulatory changes relevant to the business.

  • Assist with compliance initiatives and implement updates to contracts and policies.

  • Provide litigation support and manage legal correspondence.

  • Coordinate licensing renewals and ensure timely filings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters.

  • Support administrative and operational tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.

  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and entity management.

  • Experience in commercial real estate, land use, or business law is a plus.

  • Familiarity with legal research tools and document management systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software; experience with CSC is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.



Pay Details: $31.00 to $52.00 per hour
