LHH is currently seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a full-time, permanent job opportunity with hybrid flexibility in West Palm Beach, FL. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for this position. We especially want to hear from those who have experience in corporate entity formation, licensing, due diligence, and managing business entity documents. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3-5+ years of corporate/transactional legal experience, required

• Commercial Real Estate and Land Use experience, is a huge plus

• Providing litigation support and performing legal research

• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal legal regulations

· Proficient in drafting and redlining agreements, contracts, and forms

• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) and contract management systems
