About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our clients team at a reputable automotive dealership in West Palm Beach. This is a contract-to-hire position with the potential for long-term employment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong interest in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both in-person and over the phone. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and service needs.
Service Coordination: Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Communicate with customers about their vehicle's service status and any additional repairs needed.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the dealership's database. Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are documented properly.
Sales Support: Assist in processing sales transactions, including payments and refunds. Provide information about new and existing products and services to customers.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor, including ordering literature, making outbound calls, and contributing to the overall performance of the team.
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
