We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive & HR Assistant to support daily operations across administrative and human resources functions. This role combines clerical support with HR coordination, ensuring smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and responsive employee service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- Assist with calendar/travel arrangements, serve as the first point of contact, and help with light accounting work
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, employee record maintenance, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate internal communications and support HR initiatives and events.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and candidate communications.
- Track and report on HR metrics and assist with audits and reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in administrative or HR support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Full time, onsite, M-F, Direct hire
- Salary: $60-70k/year
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
