LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an HR Consultant for a great company in West Palm Beach, FL. This organization needs assistance from a professional to assist with their audits. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience and can assist with all aspects of a human resources audit. This is a contract to possible hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the organization with their audit period
• Assist with all FMLA, LOA, and Benefits
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
• Opportunity to work in every aspect of HR
• Responsible for understanding all employment law

Experience

• At least 7 years of HR Generalist, Manager, or Director

Skills

• Knowledge of all aspects of HR
• Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of FMLA, short term/long term disability

Work Type

• Full Time, Contract to Hire
• Onsite
• Compensation: $40-45/hr
