Job Summary:

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing high-volume payroll operations accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage high-volume payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in payroll status.
  • Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
  • Assist with year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution.
  • Stay current with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation and information.


Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
