Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiter to join our clients team in West Palm Beach, FL. This position is 100% onsite and offers a competitive pay rate of $20-$24 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to attract candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using recruiting software and tools.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
