Job Title: Healthcare Talent Specialist (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: West Sayville, NY

Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation: $30 - $38 per hour (Dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Talent Specialist to join our team in Bay Shore, NY. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or nursing home recruitment and be comfortable managing a high requisition load.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding

- Handle a high volume of requisitions efficiently and effectively

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in healthcare or nursing home recruitment is required

- Full-cycle recruitment experience is a must

- Ability to manage a high requisition load

- Experience with iCIMS is a plus, but not required

- Must be able to interview and start immediately



Pay Details: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour
