• Preparing and sending out billing
• Collections follow up
• Updating customer and vendor accounts
• Cash receipts and reconcile accounts
• Process accounts payable
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Prepare journal entries
• Month end close for AP and AR

• 3 or more years of experience in AP and AR
• Comfortable with intermediate Excel
• Must be analytical and deadline driven
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
