Our client in Morris County, NJ is looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor for two of their locations.

Summary:

Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facilities are in optimal condition. Contribute to operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (3-4 years).
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
