Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist
Location: Whittier, CA
Pay Rate: Up to $27 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Temporary Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team in Whittier, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume accounts payable processing and expertise in 3-way match procedures. This is a temporary position with competitive pay, offering up to $27 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
Perform 3-way match procedures to ensure proper invoice, purchase order, and receiving documentation.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare necessary reports.
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-volume accounts payable processing.
Strong understanding of 3-way match procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
