LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established healthcare company in Wilmington, DE, to hire a Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, and offers a pay rate.

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to handle collections and cash applications, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and maintaining efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collections Management – Follow up on outstanding payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely collections.

  • Cash Application – Process and allocate incoming payments to the correct accounts, ensuring accuracy.

  • Account Reconciliation – Conduct routine account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Invoice Processing – Generate and distribute invoices while ensuring billing accuracy.

  • Financial Reporting – Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable activities.

  • Customer Support – Address client inquiries regarding payments and billing, providing exceptional service.

  • Compliance & Accuracy – Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines for financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounting software, accounts receivable, collections, cash applications, & Microsoft Office.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills & ability to work in fast paced environment.

  • Ability to work fully onsite.

  • Bilingual candidates preferred but not required.
