LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a healthcare company local to Wilmington, DE. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk for a 30-day temporary assignment. This role is fully onsite and requires a candidate with multi-site experience. Dental or healthcare experience is preferred.


Job Description: Accounts Payable Clerk (30-Day Temp Assignment)

Salary: $25-$30 per hour


Location: Wilmington, DE Fully onsite

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Management: Key and code invoices by location and physician.
  • Volume Handling: Manage a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • AP Inbox Management: Oversee the AP inbox, responding to inquiries and processing incoming invoices.
  • Multi-site Coordination: Work across multiple sites, with a preference for candidates with dental or healthcare experience.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of invoices.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks is essential
