Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Compensation to provide strategic direction and leadership for our clients organization's compensation plans, recognition program, and performance management. Salary range is between 185,000-200,000. There is a bonus and a sign on bonus that is negotiable for any relocation needs.
*** Must have experience in sales incentive strategy and implementation***
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and Business leaders to understand business strategies, market challenges, and talent needs.
- Develop and execute innovative compensation and recognition strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent.
- Define, develop, and launch performance management processes.
- Lead benchmarking, compensation structure, and job structure/leveling activities.
- Oversee performance metrics, financial models, and tools to track total compensation trends.
- Plan, design, and execute compensation planning cycles, including base pay, short-term bonuses, and executive compensation.
- Provide strategic guidance for field/sales incentive compensation plans.
- Manage and develop a team of high-performing Analysts.
- Advise on compensation-related activities such as new hire compensation, promotions, and retention plans.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of applicable experience, with 5+ years in a leadership compensation role.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Advanced competency in using Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS systems, and other modern office functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
