Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Wilton, CT (Onsite)
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 + 10% Bonus + Full Benefits
A leading global technology manufacturer is seeking an experienced and strategic Maintenance Manager to lead its facilities operations and manufacturing machine maintenance at a major manufacturing site in Wilton, CT. This high-impact role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented leader who can oversee 24/7 site operations, drive operational excellence, and build strong relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Day-to-Day Site Operations
Direct all onsite service functions including maintenance, contractor oversight, ensuring performance goals and KPIs are consistently met.
Team & Vendor Management
Manage a cross-functional team and third-party service providers; oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and ensure alignment with service level agreements and contract requirements.
Client Relationship & Communication
Serve as the key liaison with client representatives, providing regular updates, resolving escalations, and fostering strong working partnerships.
Drive Strategic Initiatives
Lead the implementation of operational improvement programs such as preventive maintenance systems, safety initiatives, cost control measures, and process standardization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience); MBA or relevant certifications (CPMM, CFM, FMP) preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, lead diverse teams, and oversee 24/7 operations with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
