LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Generalist with 5 years of experience in a similar position. This is a Direct Hire role, located in Windsor, CT.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for both new hires and departing staff.
- Administer and maintain HR systems, particularly ADP, ensuring data integrity and adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws, updating company policies as needed.
- Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, offering clear guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, modifications, and effective communication of benefits information.
- Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist in the execution of performance management processes and support employee relations initiatives as required.
- Work closely with various departments to drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Provide support for recruitment activities and payroll processes as necessary.
- Proficient with Excel and ADP
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $80,000-90,000/yr
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
