• Manage the entire lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for both new hires and departing staff.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, particularly ADP, ensuring data integrity and adherence to company policies and legal standards.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws, updating company policies as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact for employee queries, offering clear guidance on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including enrollments, modifications, and effective communication of benefits information.
• Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and documentation in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the execution of performance management processes and support employee relations initiatives as required.
• Work closely with various departments to drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Provide support for recruitment activities and payroll processes as necessary.
