Recruiter LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with 3 or more years of experience for a full-time job , located in Windsor, Connecticut . This is a Direct Hire role for someone with prior recruiting experience. Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency, suggesting enhancements to existing procedures.
  • Participate in special projects related to recruitment initiatives and process optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and career objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR team members, hiring managers, and external agencies to facilitate a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including generating reports, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining recruitment-related records.
  • Manage and organize recruitment-related documentation, including resumes, applications, and interview notes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
  • ATS experience
