- Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency, suggesting enhancements to existing procedures.
- Participate in special projects related to recruitment initiatives and process optimization.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and career objectives.
- Collaborate with HR team members, hiring managers, and external agencies to facilitate a streamlined recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including generating reports, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining recruitment-related records.
- Manage and organize recruitment-related documentation, including resumes, applications, and interview notes, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
- ATS experience
