LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to assist a great client out of Winston Salem, NC. This role will report to a Jacksonville location, and the associate must be able to travel at least once a month.

Responsibilities:

• Plays a key role in supporting the HR functions and initiatives in the organization
• Manages employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
• Works closely to implement HR initiatives and setup business goals
• Serves as point of contact regarding all policies, procedures, and benefits
• Participate in full cycle recruitment
• Provide tools and guidance for performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations
• Lead HR projects and initiatives

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's Degree or HR certification, preferred
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with emphasis in employee relations and talent management
• Excellent communication skills
• Successful at building relationships

• Full Time, Direct Hire, Onsite
• Salary: $80-90k/year
