LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to assist a great client out of Winston Salem, NC. This role will report to a Jacksonville location, and the associate must be able to travel at least once a month.
Responsibilities:
- Plays a key role in supporting the HR functions and initiatives in the organization
- Manages employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Works closely to implement HR initiatives and setup business goals
- Serves as point of contact regarding all policies, procedures, and benefits
- Participate in full cycle recruitment
- Provide tools and guidance for performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations
- Lead HR projects and initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's Degree or HR certification, preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with emphasis in employee relations and talent management
- Excellent communication skills
- Successful at building relationships
- Full Time, Direct Hire, Onsite
- Salary: $80-90k/year
