LHH is engaged on an opportunity with a highly-regarded North Carolina firm seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their busy, dedicated, and collaborative team.

Qualified candidates will be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and have 4+ years of experience with matters related to divorce, pre and post-marital separation, alimony, and child custody matters. Competence, responsiveness, ability to handle deadlines, and a high degree of professionalism are required.

This group prides themselves on their commitment to a collaborative framework in their client representation. This strategy helps avoid the courtroom to reduce legal expenses and stress, while often settling issues more expeditiously. However, the team is also more than capable of litigating when necessary to best advocate for their clients. The ability to operate in both venues is important for this role.
