LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking to fill a VP of Finance for a leading and stable organization in the Triad area of North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be innovative, hands-on, and driven by process improvement with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. This role offers a flexible work environment and the opportunity to truly make an impact and a solid and growing organization.

VP Finance duties will include the following:

· Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

· Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's objectives.

· Lead and implement short and long term strategic plans

· Lead monthly and annual operating budgets

· Conduct risk management assessments throughout finance and accounting

· Work cross-functionally with all departments to identify cost savings initiatives and drive efficiencies for continued growth

· Lead system implementations and upgrades for technology systems

· Provide strategic recommendations on major contract negotiations and business expenditures

· Manage a team of 7-9 in accounting, fostering growth, collaboration, and operational excellence

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership

· Excellent analytical skills

· Ability to present and communicate complex financial information

· Proven experience with system enhancements

Pay Details: $165,000.00 to $175,000.00 per year
