We are looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our team near Wixom, MI in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a temporary role and requires a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional to provide excellent front-desk and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Front Desk Management:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
Manage a multiline phone system, answering calls and directing inquiries efficiently
Monitor visitor check-ins and ensure proper security procedures are followed
Office Organization & Administrative Support:
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchenette area
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Assist with ordering office and kitchen supplies as needed
Scheduling & Data Management:
Track and maintain employee birthday schedules and coordinate small celebrations
Assist with conference room reservations and meeting coordination
Input and update data entry tasks in spreadsheets and office systems
General Office Assistance:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Assist with document scanning, filing, and basic record-keeping
Support special projects and additional tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in guest services, front desk, or administrative roles.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with employees and guests
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for basic administrative tasks
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to office management
Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of efficiency
Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
