LHH is seeking an experienced Office Manager with 3-5 years of experience in administrative support to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing office operations efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing exceptional administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office maintenance.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and staff.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Ensure office policies and procedures are maintained and updated.
Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Coordinate office events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $36.00 per hour
