LHH is seeking an experienced Office Manager with 3-5 years of experience in administrative support to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing office operations efficiently. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our office and providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office maintenance.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and staff.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Ensure office policies and procedures are maintained and updated.

  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.

  • Coordinate office events and activities to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.



Pay Details: $26.00 to $36.00 per hour
