Job Opening: Part-Time Payroll Processor (Contract)

Locations: Woodinville, WA & Bothell, WA



We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Payroll Processor to support our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment and has a strong understanding of payroll operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for two separate entities

  • Accurately set up new employees in our payroll system (ADP)

  • Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries

  • Handle ad hoc payroll and ADP-related requests

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations

Qualifications:

  • 3+ year of payroll processing experience preferred

  • Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll systems

  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Solid understanding of payroll accounting principles

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • 20–25 hours per week

  • Flexible schedule (ideally Monday–Wednesday)

  • Primarily on-site in Woodinville and/or Bothell



Pay Details: $27.77 to $30.55 per hour
