Job Opening: Part-Time Payroll Processor (Contract)
Locations: Woodinville, WA & Bothell, WA
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Payroll Processor to support our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, collaborative environment and has a strong understanding of payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for two separate entities
Accurately set up new employees in our payroll system (ADP)
Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries
Handle ad hoc payroll and ADP-related requests
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations
Qualifications:
3+ year of payroll processing experience preferred
Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll systems
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Solid understanding of payroll accounting principles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Schedule & Work Environment:
20–25 hours per week
Flexible schedule (ideally Monday–Wednesday)
Primarily on-site in Woodinville and/or Bothell
Pay Details: $27.77 to $30.55 per hour
