Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our office operations by providing comprehensive administrative assistance across various departments. Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 8 am-5 pm

Pay: $25-$30 per hour (DOE)

Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision through LHH firm

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally and courteously answer and direct incoming phone calls.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring prompt distribution.

  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of office

  • Ensure office areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.

  • Assist the executive assistant in scheduling meetings, tours, and other tasks as needed.

  • Support sales department leaders with expense report reconciliation and meeting preparation.

  • Aid HR in onboarding, credentialing, and new employee training processes.

  • Provide administrative support to Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; additional education or certifications are advantageous.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
